This privacy policy explains how personal data is processed when using the digital Seewlisee permit platform. The scope is intentionally focused on reservation, payment, permit delivery and on-site verification.

Processed data
We process the data entered in the reservation form: first name, last name, email address, optional phone number, arrival and departure date, number of guests, guest list, notes, acceptance of the terms, reservation code, verification token, payment status and technical log data.
Purpose
The data is used to check capacity, issue the overnight permit, process payment, send the confirmation email and PDF, prevent misuse and enable on-site verification via QR code.
Hosting and storage
The application and database are hosted on a server operated by Cyon AG in Switzerland. Reservation data is stored locally in a MariaDB database. Access is restricted to authorised administrators.
Payment processing
Payments are processed via Payrexx. For this purpose, payment-relevant information such as amount, currency, reservation reference and contact details may be transmitted to Payrexx. Payment card or wallet details are entered directly in the Payrexx payment environment and are not stored by this platform.
Email and PDF confirmation
After successful payment, the platform may send a confirmation email with reservation details and a PDF permit. The PDF contains a QR code that links to the verification page and allows authorised checks of authenticity and payment status.
Cookies, sessions and technical logs
The platform uses technically necessary session data for language selection and administration login. The hosting provider may record technical access logs such as IP address, time, browser information and requested pages for security and operation.
External services
The website may load external services required for operation or display, including Payrexx for payment processing, a QR code service for PDF and verification functions, and Google Fonts for typography. When these services are loaded, technical connection data may be transmitted to the respective provider.
Retention
Reservation data is retained as long as needed for permit administration, verification, accounting, abuse prevention and legal obligations. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised where feasible.
